SAN FRANCISCO, May 9 – Coverity, Inc., makers of the world’s most advanced and scalable source code analysis solution for pinpointing software defects and security vulnerabilities today announced that Extreme Networks, Inc., a global networking company, has selected Coverity Prevent™ to analyze software in its advanced networking products. Extreme Networks™ products are used in some of the largest data networks in the world and the company has brought to market numerous award-winning products, including its BlackDiamond® and Summit® switches and its ExtremeXOS™ modular operating system.
